The result? Better internet for you!

Included with Our 750 and 500 Mbps Packages

Fast internet should also be secure. That’s why Direct Protect+ is now included at no additional cost with 500 Mbps and 750 Mbps speed packages.

Direct Protect+ adds an extra layer of protection to your network by helping guard connected devices against online threats—without slowing you down or requiring complicated setup.

As more devices connect to your home or business network, the need for built-in security grows. This service works quietly in the background, so you can focus on what you’re doing and not on managing security tools.

Combined with our high-performance fiber network, Direct Protect+ ensures your connection is not only fast, but also better protected against today’s online risks.

Equipment & Professional Installation

We handle everything. Our professional team will install the necessary equipment to ensure your connection is set up correctly and running smoothly from day one.

$100 Install fee billed after the site survey. No equipment fees.

The Gigaspire provides more than enough bandwidth for everyone in your household. And no matter how many devices are connected at the same time, everyone enjoys the same outstanding WiFi performance. Based on WiFi 6, the Gigaspire provides a 2,500′ range, higher efficiency, and is less affected by interference from other nearby WiFi gateways. The GigaSpire BLAST u6.1 has four Gigabit Ethernet ports so you can also connect a variety of wired multimedia devices for rapid data sharing across your network.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work?

Think of it like a smart highway for your data. Most wireless companies use a single lane that gets crowded easily. We use three specific breakthroughs to fix that:

1.  Massive Power: Our antennas use a huge array of ‘mini-radios’ to handle more data at once.

2.  Noise Filtering: We use a technology called ABIC that acts like noise-canceling headphones for your internet, blocking out interference from other electronics.

3.  Smart Routing: We send and receive signals across multiple frequencies simultaneously, so your connection stays rock-solid even if one path is blocked.

What does the setup look like?

We handle the heavy lifting and provide all the hardware you need. Inside your home, you’ll have a standard router and a small power box. A single, discreet cable runs from there to a small antenna we install outside.

If your home needs a little extra height to get a clear signal, don’t worry—we provide the mounting poles and all the gear to make sure you’re getting the best speeds possible. You won’t need to make any hardware runs to the store.

How does Optix wireless internet compare to others?
  • Fiber delivers great speeds but is often prohibitively costly and slow
    to deploy.
  • Mobile networks serve smartphones well but rarely have the capacity to
support many active households, which each consume ~50x more traffic
    than a single smartphone user.
  • Traditional fixed wireless access (FWA) networks based on indoor Wi-Fi
tech are easy to deploy, but are severely limited by obstructions and
    unlicensed interference at scale.
  • LEO satellite networks are excellent for remote locations without
infrastructure, but will not have (even when fully deployed) enough
    capacity to serve mainstream markets.
What are the advantages to wireless internet?

The biggest advantage is that you get the best of all worlds. We’ve designed our service to solve the ‘headaches’ people usually have with other providers:

  • Better Value: You get significantly faster speeds for a lower monthly price than traditional internet options.

  • Faster Response (Low Latency): Unlike satellite internet, which has to send a signal all the way to space and back, our signal stays close to the ground. This means no annoying delays on Zoom calls and a much smoother experience for gaming.

  • Total Reliability: Many people try to use cell phone providers for home internet, but those networks often ‘throttle’ or slow you down during peak evening hours when everyone is on their phones. Our network is built specifically for homes, so your speed stays fast even when the whole neighborhood is online.

Where is it available?

Our residential wireless is available in south Bannock County, Idaho.

PRODUCT

Specifications

Multi-Carrier Bonding

Our G1-6 infrastructure utilizes x2 mode, a proprietary software-defined architecture that bonds four independent 40 MHz carriers for a total of 160 MHz of bandwidth.

Spectrum Flexibility: Aggregates non-contiguous slices across UNII-3, 5, and 7 (5.725–6.865 GHz).

Non-Line-of-Sight (NLoS) Resilience

Our system uses custom digital signal processing (DSP) to turn multipath reflections into a stable signal. While other systems require a “clean” path, the RN-6 thrives in complex environments.

  • NLoS Range: Sustained performance up to 3 km through obstructions.

  • LoS Range: High-gain connectivity up to 30 km.

  • Spectral Efficiency: 30 bps/Hz per Base Node, ensuring high speeds even at the cell edge.

Ultra-Low Latency & High-Order Modulation

Built for real-time applications, the G1 platform uses a scheduled, frame-based MAC instead of the “collision-prone” protocols used by standard Wi-Fi.

  • Average 1-Way Latency: < 5 ms.

  • Modulation: Up to 256 QAM (7.35/8 rate) for maximum data density.

  • MIMO Support: 4 x 4 MIMO on the Remote Node for superior spatial multiplexing.

Advanced Burst Interference Cancellation (ABIC)

The 6 GHz band is the new frontier, but it will eventually get noisy. Our hardware features ABIC, a specialized “active noise cancellation” for radio waves that identifies and nullifies external interference in real-time.

  • Interference Nulling: Cancels up to 40 dB of external in-band noise.

  • Frequency Reuse: Universal k=1 reuse factor—every tower can use the same frequency without self-interference.

  • AFC Ready: Fully compliant with Automated Frequency Coordination (AFC) for maximum transmit power.

Carrier-Grade Hardware & Backhaul

The BN-6 and RN-6 are built with industrial-grade components designed for 99.99% uptime in extreme weather.

  • Wired Interfaces: Dual 10 Gbps SFP+ ports on the BN-6; 1 Gbps PoE on the RN-6.

  • Client Density: Supports up to 250 active subscribers per sector without performance degradation.

  • Security: AES-128 link encryption and IP67-rated environmental protection.
